Maxion Wheels Showcases Its Latest Truck Wheel Range At IAA Transportation Show 2024

 

North American based Maxion Wheels, the world’s largest wheel producer has recently introduced its highly anticipated new range of lightweight, corrosion-resistant forged aluminium truck wheels at the IAA Transportation 2024 Show this month in Hannover, Germany.

This latest groundbreaking launch by Maxion marks a ‘milestone’ in the company’s ongoing expansion of its product portfolio with the intention of providing truck operators with innovative new options that are specifically designed to further enhance performance and fuel efficiency.

The new line of forged aluminium wheels is the direct result of a USD 150 million joint venture between Maxion Wheels and its long-standing Turkish partner LCI Holding who together have built a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq mtr manufacturing facility in Manisa, Turkey which is nearing completion with serial production set to commence in the second half of 2025.

The range will initially be available in the most ‘in-demand’ wheel sizes with a choice of three finishes to suit different aesthetic and performance preferences and will meet the highest industry standards in durability and visual appearance. With over 10,000 employees and active operations in 31 locations globally across five Continents. Maxion produces 50 million wheels on an annual basis.
