How to Qualify — Criteria

To be eligible for our Hosted Buyer Programme, participants must meet the following criteria:

Decision-Maker Role

You must be responsible for planning, organizing, recommending, or making purchase decisions related to your company’s international business in one or more of the following categories: Tyres, Automotive Repair Equipment, Tools and Parts & Accessories.

Commitment to Pre-Scheduled Appointments

You must be willing to attend a minimum of 5 pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors of your choice on each event day. Our concierge team will assist in arranging these appointments.

Event Participation

You must complete and submit the evaluation/feedback forms provided by the event organizers during the event days.
